This facility was a design-build on 35 acres with the company’s growth in mind.  Brydant's principal lead the strategic planning which allowed PetSmart to expand the building to nearly 1 million square feet serving store fulfillment in a Foreign Trade Zone that has been active for more than 20 years.  Services included site selection and purchase, entitlement, FTZ application/activation, building design, construction oversight.

The headquarters’ campus was a design-build leaseback focused on the company’s rapid grown.  Brydant's principal lead the strategic planning which allowed PetSmart to double the size of the campus over the past 15 years.  Services included issuing, reviewing and negotiating an RFP for the initial design-build as well as negotiation of the sale/leaseback, entitlement, campus design, outsourcing of various building services, purchase of furniture, and move-management.
