Rose Arck

Ms. Arck is a Principal and Designated Broker for Brydant Real Estate, a multifaceted development company investing in both public and private projects. The Brydant Team has more than 50 years of combined experience in development and construction of complex projects. They apply their unique knowledge and business acumen with both real estate and corporate operations and have become a trusted advisor to a broad spectrum of clients including national corporations, entrepreneurs, investors, and government agencies.
Previously, Rose founded ACS Realty Services after completing her career with The Dial Corp where she was responsible for global real estate decisions and project management for the various subsidiaries of the corporation. She was also the primary real estate and finance manager for two real estate subsidiaries, Dialcor Realty and TLC Realty.
Because of her unique experiences, Rose specializes in assembling highly qualified expert teams to address issues such as Challenging Entitlement & Development, Portfolio Planning & Asset Management, Project Management, Corporate Relocations, Foreign Trade-Zone Services, and Condemnation Case Management.
Rose has managed more than 12 million square feet of office, industrial, and retail property development and nearly $1 billion in transactions.
