David T. Jones
Vice President, Design & Construction
Mr. Jones leads business development, scheduling, contract management, and construction management of Brydant’s developments. Prior to Brydant, David spent 29 years in the highly competitive world of commercial general contraction – both on the local and national levels.
He has held positions from laborer to superintendent, estimator to project manager, and design-build department manager to president. David has been involved in the design and delivery of over $1.3B of construction. This 7.3M square feet of construction covered the areas of manufacturing, education, retail, distribution, office, technology, defense, public works, power, and corrections.
